TERMS OF SERVICES
1.0 Payment
1.1 Payments will be via Paypal, Gcash or Bank transfer.1.2 Payments can be paid half and half, before or during sketch first and full during the lineart.1.3 Discounts can only be applied if you are planning to do a multiple commission at advance.1.4 PAYMENT WILL ALWAYS BE 50/50 Unless you want to settle it in full.2. REFUND:2.1 Partial Refunds will be available if the commission is fully paid and was cancelled during the lineart session.2.2 There will be no refunds once i finished rough sketching with partial payment on hand.
3.0 Process
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE CLIENT IF im not comfortable with the said commission.Both parties will discuss the details regarding the commissions. the client may ask specific poses/details/accessories/features of the commission. a rough draft will be given during this phase, and if both parties agreed with the design, the client can settle the first payment. (THE CLIENT MAY SUBMIT A REFERENCE, a photo or a stickman figure may work)After the first payment is settled, I will send multiple sketches to see if the client wants to add or modify some things. If the client is satisfied with the result the next phase may begin. (I may repeat the sketch if i see some discrepancy with my work COST FREE)During Lineart phase, the final payment should be settled. The client will be updated regularly with the commission progress and if i made some major or minor changes until everything is done. The client may also suggest or ask some changes.ALL FINISHED FILE WILL BE SENT THRU THE CLIENT's EMAIL/GOOGLE DRIVE. I WILL ONLY SEND THE FINISHED PRODUCT UNLESS AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IS GIVEN FOR THE RAW FILE.(some details will be included on the rates information).
4.0 Right of usage
4.1 I reserve the right to use my Illustrations in my portfolios as a material to promote myself. (tho i will ask the client first if that's ok)
4.2 clients my illustrations for their personal use or reupload it( PUT ME IN THE CREDITS! Please?)
4.3 You may modify my sketch if i need more suggestions for your art.
4.4. ALL OF MY ILLUSTRATIONS MY NOT BE USED FOR AI REFERENCE and NFTS.
4.5 Additional charges may apply if the illustrations will be used for commercial use. (should be discussed with me)

All listed turn around time are estimate only and is subjected to change depending on the IRL events happening and my schedule.(Most of the time its TAT is shorter.)Unlisted items such as Pairing/Multiple Characters/Vtuber Avatar/RIGGING/long animation etc will be discussed directly with the client.

A: Yes, only if you've been commissioning me for a long and i trust you already.Q: I had an emergency and cant afford the commission, can i cancel?
A: Yes definitely but we have a payment procedure and cant refund everything especially during some phases. I will also ask you if you just want to delay this and continue this one later.
